Senior Client Success Partner

This role is a high-impact client-facing position focused on driving success across complex healthcare organizations through the adoption of advanced AI-powered operational solutions. You will act as a strategic partner to hospital executives, clinicians, and operational leaders, ensuring successful deployment and sustained value realization of enterprise healthcare platforms. The position requires deep engagement in clinical workflow transformation, particularly within perioperative and patient care coordination environments. You will manage large, strategic accounts while shaping long-term client relationships built on trust, measurable outcomes, and operational excellence. Working at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and AI, you will translate sophisticated solutions into tangible improvements in patient flow and hospital efficiency. This is a highly collaborative and mission-driven role that directly contributes to improving healthcare delivery at scale.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic, high-value healthcare provider organizations, ensuring long-term satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, aligning delivery, product, and engineering efforts with client needs.
  • Lead complex workflow redesign initiatives across perioperative and clinical operations, driving adoption of best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders, clinical leaders, and operational users across hospital systems.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, influencing decision-making and supporting large-scale operational and cultural change.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to advocate for enhancements based on real-world client feedback.
  • Develop internal operating rhythms and governance structures to ensure consistent delivery and execution excellence across accounts.
  • Partner with marketing and enablement teams to improve training materials, client engagement, and adoption strategies.
  • Navigate complex, high-stakes conversations with senior healthcare executives using data-driven insights and business cases.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, client success, or professional services within SaaS or healthcare technology environments.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex value propositions through storytelling, presentations, and data-driven insights.
  • Proven experience managing relationships across hospital systems, including executive leadership and clinical stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare operations, patient flow, or surgical/perioperative environments is highly preferred.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments with product, engineering, and client teams in fast-paced settings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate client challenges into scalable operational solutions.
  • Familiarity with EHR systems and healthcare IT ecosystems.
  • Ability to influence change management initiatives and drive adoption across complex organizations.
  • Willingness to travel nationally up to 30–40% as required.
