Sales Manager - IT Services

This role is focused on driving strategic business growth across enterprise IT services within a fast-growing, global environment. You will be responsible for building and managing high-value client relationships, particularly with large system integrators and strategic named accounts. Acting as both a hunter and account manager, you will define tailored sales strategies to expand existing relationships and secure new opportunities. The position requires close collaboration with solutions and technical teams to design compelling offerings that address complex client needs. You will operate in a highly dynamic, international context where performance, ownership, and client impact are key success drivers. This is a leadership-oriented sales role with direct influence on revenue growth and market expansion across India-based customers.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets across IT services offerings for India-based customers and strategic accounts.
  • Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with key enterprise clients, prospects, and large system integrators to drive long-term business value.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and understanding of industry trends.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, pipeline management, forecasting, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate closely with solutions and technical teams to design tailored, value-driven IT service propositions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and commercial terms to maximize profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Deliver accurate sales reporting, pipeline updates, and performance insights to senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management within the IT services industry, with strong exposure to large system integrators and enterprise clients.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a competitive market environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, outsourcing, and enterprise technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation, commercial acumen, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience using CRM and sales enablement tools to manage pipeline and reporting effectively.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, travel across India when required, and adapt to client needs.
  • Fluency in English and local Indian languages is required.
