Senior Customer Success Manager - Remote

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in shaping and scaling an exceptional customer experience for enterprise clients across the EMEA region. Your focus will be on driving product adoption, maintaining customer health, and enhancing long-term value. By partnering with some of the largest and most complex customers, you will leverage your expertise in a powerful, configurable product to support their unique hiring workflows and achieve excellence in their recruitment processes.

Accountabilities

  • Develop strong relationships with approximately 20 strategic enterprise customers, focusing on improving product adoption and customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Support, and Operations to align communication and deliver cohesive customer solutions.
  • Tailor product configurations and provide effective training to address specific customer challenges.
  • Proactively support customers in understanding and utilizing the product within their hiring workflows.
  • Maintain detailed and timely updates in CRM to ensure effective management of customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of customer success experience focused on B2B SaaS solutions.
  • Proven track record of managing complex customer accounts and improving strategic partnerships.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
  • Experience in working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver successful customer outcomes.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
