Onboarding Project Manager - Remote

In this role, you will be pivotal in guiding clients through their onboarding experience, ensuring timely and successful implementation of solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams, assess risk factors, and develop strategic plans to address client needs. Your expertise in project management will be crucial as you drive the onboarding process, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure alignment with established protocols. Your insights and proactive approach will contribute significantly to enhancing client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Accountabilities

• Responsible for successful, on-time completion of client onboarding projects
• Leads internal teams to execute client onboarding processes and tasks
• Develops and drives onboarding project risk mitigation
• Provides pre-sales onboarding assistance for the sales organization
• Ensures onboarding tasks align with ISO processes
• Maintains up-to-date project information in project management tools
• Manages client communications and escalations during onboarding
• Assures excellent client satisfaction throughout the onboarding process
• Secures client reference ability at the conclusion of onboarding
• Identifies and proposes onboarding innovations and improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of consulting or project management experience with enterprise applications
• 2+ years of client communication and relationship management experience
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques
• C-Level communication skills
• Ability to work in a cross-functional, matrix management environment
• Project Management certification (desired)
• SAP or Oracle Implementation or technical certifications (preferred)
