- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data management, and customer success to ensure smooth system operations and client satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed documentation for incidents, resolutions, and post-incident reviews to support process improvement.
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases, support documentation, and process automation initiatives.
- Run basic SQL queries to validate data and assist in troubleshooting technical issues.
