Senior Account Executive - Remote

We are currently looking for a Senior Account Executive - REMOTE. In this role, you will lead the growth initiatives across Southern Europe, specifically aiming to enhance customer acquisition and revenue in sectors such as mining, construction, and manufacturing. You will forge long-term relationships with clients, navigate complex enterprise sales, and advocate for transformative technology solutions. Your position will be pivotal in helping organizations manage safety more effectively while expanding the company's regional footprint. Proficiency in both English and Italian is a prerequisite to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele.

Accountabilities

• Drive new customer acquisition and promote revenue growth in high-risk industries.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Navigate complex enterprise sales processes and close high-value SaaS deals.
• Manage a sales pipeline targeting top organizations in the assigned sector.
• Engage proactively with BDR roles for new logo acquisition.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales.
• Proven track record of managing high-value deals (average above US$200K).
• Experience in meeting or exceeding sales quotas of US$1M+.
• Strong strategic approach to sales with excellent qualifying skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
