As an Implementation Manager, you will lead clients through the onboarding and adoption of cutting-edge AI-powered solutions that transform customer engagement. In this role, you will guide clients from initial setup to full product adoption, ensuring their objectives are met efficiently. You will collaborate across internal teams—including product, engineering, and customer success—while serving as the primary technical and strategic contact for key accounts. This role combines strong project management, technical expertise, and client-facing skills, providing the opportunity to directly impact customer satisfaction and success.

In this role, you will:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, building strong, lasting relationships.
• Lead the onboarding and implementation process for multiple clients, ensuring timely and effective adoption of AI-powered customer support solutions.
• Gather and analyze client business and technical requirements, facilitating discovery sessions as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, engineering, support) to address client needs and resolve issues.
• Configure, train, and guide clients on product features including analytics, auto-QA, agent assist, screen recording, and voice of the customer tools.
• Monitor key account metrics such as product usage and customer satisfaction, and use insights to drive improvements.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling solutions based on client needs.
