High Touch Implementation Specialist - Remote

We are currently looking for a High Touch Implementation Specialist - REMOTE. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by managing and executing the implementation of our solutions for customers across various markets. As a founding member of the High Touch Implementation team, you will help shape the customer experience and ensure successful outcomes for clients. Accountabilities

• Manage and execute end-to-end implementations for mid-market and smaller enterprise customers.
• Develop and implement strategies that enhance customer experience and expedite time to value.
• Maintain a portfolio of approximately 15 active implementations simultaneously.
• Foster strong relationships with customers through effective communication and support.
• Advise clients on software best practices to maximize their investment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and progress.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in leading implementation and onboarding projects in B2B SaaS environments.
• Strong technical proficiency with complex software systems and data models.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and meet customer needs while managing engagements.
• Experience in change management processes and assisting customers with system transitions.
• A problem solver with critical thinking skills to address challenges.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.
