Enterprise Customer Account Manager

This role focuses on managing and expanding strategic enterprise customer relationships within a high-growth SaaS environment, with direct accountability for revenue expansion, retention, and customer satisfaction. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across complex customer organizations, helping them maximize the value of existing solutions while identifying new opportunities for growth. The position combines strategic account management, consultative selling, and data-driven pipeline execution in a highly collaborative environment. You will be responsible for driving ARR growth through cross-sell and upsell initiatives while ensuring a strong focus on compliance-driven customer needs. Working closely with internal teams, you will help deliver a seamless customer experience that strengthens long-term partnerships. This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role that blends relationship management with commercial execution.

Accountabilities:

  • Build and manage strategic relationships across enterprise customer organizations, from operational users to executive stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on product value and compliance needs.
  • Drive ARR growth by identifying, developing, and closing cross-sell and upsell opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Own account planning and execution, including pipeline development, forecasting, and tracking opportunities through CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Lead customer engagements including presentations, product demonstrations, business reviews, and negotiations to achieve revenue and retention targets.
  • Analyze customer needs and pain points to deliver tailored, value-based solutions that align with business and compliance objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and internal stakeholders to ensure a cohesive, high-quality customer experience and maximize lifetime value.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of growing existing accounts and delivering consistent quota attainment. You are highly consultative, commercially driven, and skilled at managing complex stakeholder environments while balancing multiple opportunities.

  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales, ideally in a quota-carrying enterprise or account management role.
  • Proven success managing and growing existing enterprise customer relationships and driving ARR expansion.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM-based sales execution (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight).
  • Experience working with complex industries such as finance, tax, compliance, retail, logistics, or software.
  • Ability to develop business cases, negotiate contracts, and close strategic deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills across executive and operational stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
