Accountabilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of key enterprise accounts, establishing multi-level relationships with stakeholders.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within assigned territories or named accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, managing expectations and ensuring ongoing success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, customer success) to deliver best-in-class service.
  • Translate client goals into tailored solutions using the company's mobile data collection and field execution platforms.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting using CRM tools (salesforce preferred).
  • Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover opportunities or risks.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as needed.
