Direct and respond to telephone inquiries and written requests, processing changes in the system.
Resolve product and service problems by clarifying complaints and determining effective solutions.
Attract potential clients by answering questions and providing information about products and services.
Prepare and draft responses to routine correspondence and maintain records of insurance transactions.
Process rewrites and remarkets following established guidelines.
Maintain a comprehensive log and manage customer inquiries while ensuring confidentiality.
Provide quality service according to customer service standards.
A RIBO licence is required.
Minimum of one year's experience in personal lines automobile and property insurance.
Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong time management and organizational skills to handle competing priorities.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
Bilingualism is considered an asset.
