You will work closely with clinical teams, project managers, and sales representatives to develop and execute comprehensive training plans, optimize resource allocation, and maintain strong customer relationships. The position blends field-based implementation with project management, requiring agility, problem-solving, and the ability to drive measurable outcomes. Ideal candidates are experienced in medical imaging, clinical education, and project coordination, with strong communication and data analysis skills. Accountabilities

• Serve as a clinical liaison between sales, project management, and clinical service teams to ensure seamless solution deployment.
• Lead pre-sales consultations and post-sales implementation, focusing on training, site readiness, and optimal resource allocation.
• Develop and execute clinical training plans in collaboration with Clinical Applications Specialists, Project Managers, and local teams.
• Actively participate in implementation communities to share knowledge, lessons learned, and best practices.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, supporting recurring revenue strategies.
• Provide guidance on cross-modality clinical project planning and execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
