As a Clinical Implementation Specialist, Phaco Systems, you will play a pivotal role in supporting ophthalmic healthcare professionals in the effective use of advanced surgical technologies. This position combines clinical expertise with hands-on technical training, ensuring eye care providers can confidently deliver optimal patient outcomes. You will coordinate and execute clinical education, troubleshoot equipment performance, and act as a key liaison between medical teams and internal support functions. The role requires adaptability, excellent communication, and a commitment to delivering high-quality support across a wide geographic area. With up to 75% domestic travel, you will help clinicians enhance their skills and improve patient care. Accountabilities

· Provide clinical and technical training for ophthalmic healthcare professionals on Phacoemulsification platforms and Femtosecond Cataract Laser systems.

· Conduct educational sessions to ensure effective understanding and application of clinically relevant information.

· Support meetings, trade shows, and other events to educate clinicians on product use and best practices.

· Document all customer interactions accurately and communicate insights to sales and service teams.

· Manage travel and customer support schedules efficiently, coordinating with managers when conflicts arise.

· Monitor and report performance, safety data, and training outcomes clearly and accurately.

· Travel domestically up to 75%, including driving, air travel, and overnight stays, to meet customer needs.
