We are seeking a highly motivated account executive to manage the full sales cycle for small and medium-sized businesses. In this role, you will combine strong discovery skills, deep product knowledge, and a consultative approach to help leaders solve challenges in performance management, engagement, and hr operations. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding prospects through evaluation, building lasting relationships, and closing new business. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely while directly influencing sales strategy and contributing to the growth and success of the organization. You will operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where your impact on customers and revenue is measurable and meaningful.

accountabilities

  • manage the entire sales cycle from inbound qualification, outbound prospecting, to closing deals.
  • conduct discovery calls to uncover business needs, pain points, and success criteria.
  • present tailored solutions and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • execute proof-of-value initiatives to illustrate the benefits of the product suite.
  • maintain and forecast pipeline, ensuring accurate reporting of deal progress and velocity.
  • collaborate with internal teams to provide insights from customer interactions.
  • meet or exceed monthly and quarterly new customer acquisition targets.
