Account Executive, AMS

This role is designed for a fast-moving, high-performance sales professional who thrives in a transactional, high-velocity environment. You will manage a steady flow of inbound and outbound opportunities, guiding prospects through short sales cycles with clarity, speed, and precision. With deal sizes typically in the SMB range, success in this role comes from consistent execution, strong follow-through, and the ability to quickly identify and close high-probability opportunities. You will collaborate closely with marketing and business development teams to maintain a healthy pipeline and drive predictable revenue. Operating in a metrics-driven environment, you will be accountable for both activity and outcomes. This is a foundational sales role that builds strong commercial skills while directly impacting revenue growth.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales opportunities within the AMS segment, ensuring consistent pipeline activity and progression.
  • Run full-cycle sales processes from qualification through close in a fast-paced, transactional environment.
  • Quickly assess and qualify opportunities to prioritize high-conversion deals and maintain pipeline efficiency.
  • Engage with customers through calls, emails, and follow-ups to understand needs and align solutions effectively.
  • Partner with BDR and Marketing teams to convert leads into qualified opportunities and maintain strong funnel health.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, ensuring visibility into deal stages, forecasting, and pipeline health.
  • Participate in pipeline and performance reviews, applying feedback to improve conversion rates and execution quality.
  • Deliver consistent revenue performance through disciplined execution and strong customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • 1โ€“4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a high-velocity transactional sales environment.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a metrics-driven setting.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding activity, pipeline, or revenue targets.
  • Comfortable running full-cycle sales processes with short deal cycles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence customers.
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented in managing pipeline and CRM activity.
  • Ability to work with speed while maintaining accuracy and clarity in decision-making.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Exposure to cloud, hosting, or managed services environments is an advantage.
  • Coachable mindset with a proactive, curious, and growth-oriented approach.
