Are you a people person who value providing excellent customer service? JN Small Business Loans Limited seeks to recruit a Client Services Representative for our May Pen location – region 3. The incumbent is responsible for providing administrative support within the region.

Fixed Term Contract – Two (2) years

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make and receive telephone calls and handle within established standards
  • Inform clients and prospective clients of products and services
  • Conduct review of clients' files and upload relevant documentation to the system in keeping with KYC standards and checklist for loan approval
  • Upload signed contracts and assist with completing the pre-disbursement complete checkbox
  • Conduct periodic audits of customer files for completeness
  • Ensure that a proper filing system is maintained for all correspondence
  • Distribute, monitor and control the use of all stationary and office supplies
  • Receive all mails/packages and log them in the mail book upon receipt; coordinate the delivery to recipients
  • Deposit all stamp duty fees and all other charges to the identified JNSBL Account
  • Take minutes of regional staff meetings
  • Prepare a list of new clients and submit to the Credit Manager for preparation of swipe cards
  • Monitor and maintain a log of the client files requested by the CROs

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • First Degree in Business Administration or other relevant fields
  • A minimum of one (1) year experience in a fast-paced administrative/sales environment within a financial institution
