Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients' technical and data-related questions by building strong relationships and providing expert guidance on our data products and solutions
• Understand and anticipate client needs, proactively addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct monthly quality assurance checks and maintenance on production data to ensure their fit-for-purpose, thereby maintaining data integrity and accuracy across multiple systems and tools
• Provide data operations support to clients, including metrics updates and portfolio scenario configurations
• Prepare presentation decks for clients to a high standard of quality
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and workflows, increasing efficiency and reducing errors
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in a related field; relevant work experience will also be considered
• Min. 5 years of working experience with tools such SQL, Excel, Google Sheets and a willingness to learn new technologies (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, Google Colab, AppScript).
• Proficient data analysis and data validation skills
• Meticulous and outstanding attention to detail
• Proven problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and a strong sense of ownership, with a drive to proactively identify opportunities and effect change
• Willingness to work across multiple time zones and adapt to changing priorities
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
