Team Coordinator / Junior Analyst

We are a team of management consultants and data scientists specializing in C-suite challenges at the intersection of human capital and real estate strategy. Bringing the decision sciences to the heart of real estate advisory, the team quantifies the impact of location and workplace on core business drivers, primarily the attraction and retention of talent, to inform strategic real estate decisions and maximize long-term value. We are looking for a curious, detail-oriented Team Coordinator/ Junior Analyst to join the team. This is a hybrid role that combines substantive analytical and research responsibilities with operational and administrative support for a fast-moving advisory practice.
Analytical & Research
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from a variety of sources to support workforce and location strategy engagements.
- Assist in the preparation of client deliverables including memos, reports, request for proposals, fee agreements, and confidentiality agreements
- Build and refine PowerPoint presentations for executive-level audiences
- Contribute to consulting studies examining the relationship between real estate, labor markets, and business performance
Administrative & Operations
- Provide day-to-day administrative support, including scheduling meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements; maintaining and distributing calendar itineraries
- Process expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain and update deal databases, including deal status, supporting documents, marketing lists, and activity tracking
- Draft and distribute email communications and marketing blasts to client and prospect lists
Required
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfort working with data in Excel or similar tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Preferred
- Exposure to real estate, workforce strategy, or management consulting
- Experience with data visualization tools or programming languages (Python, R, Tableau)
- Familiarity with CRM or deal management platforms

Estimated compensation for this position:
80,000.00 β 85,000.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
