What this job involves:

• Responsibilities include supporting the project managers with overseeing and coordinating activities related to Investment Modeling teams operations. Preparing, and maintaining documentation, monitoring project activities and critical path, tracking actions and removing any barriers/challenges.
• Conducting review meetings, preparation of agenda and capturing action items.
• Following up with various internal teams for updates and completion of actions.
• Supporting leadership in identifying new areas of improvement and supporting in executing strategic projects
• Contributing to project planning, scheduling, and execution
• Conducting and presenting a feasibility analysis for proposed projects
• Monitoring and evaluating the overall project
• Analyzing project data and producing insights to optimize performance
• Identifying problems and shortfalls and proposing solutions
• Providing operational support such as liaising and coordinating with various internal stakeholders, tracking timelines, etc.
• Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining project documentation and reports
• Conduct impact analysis of delivered projects including customer satisfaction studies, continuous improvement analysis
• Understanding business lines, key services, and business processes to effectively support in the execution of strategic projects and programs. Broad understanding of business functions, business processes
• Understanding risks and conducting risk analysis of projects
• Develop RACI matrix for projects

Sound like you? To apply you need to be:

• 3 – 10 years of experience in Project management / Project Coordination domain.
• Qualification - Degree in business administration, or a related field required (such as MBA, Post Graduation in relevant fields)
• Having experience in relevant business sectors such as Real Estate Valuations, Real Estate Capital Markets would be an advantage.
• Exposure to General Business Management and Business Analysis
• Experience in coordinating and managing Business Performance Improvement and Transformation projects.
• Exposure to Business/Corporate Strategy
• Knowledgeable in all phases of the project management life cycle
• Strong computer skills and experience with relevant software programs such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
• Knowledge of SaaS/Project Management platforms like Monday.com, Microsoft Project, MS Teams etc.
• Experience with stakeholder management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Open to Learn new skillsets and work on new business areas
