Key Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting & Reporting

Prepare and maintain accurate books of accounts as per statutory requirements.

Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Assist in preparing MIS reports for management review.

Accounts Payable & Receivable Management

Oversee vendor payments, staff reimbursements, and other liabilities.

Monitor collections from clients/customers and ensure timely realization.

Reconcile accounts receivables and payables periodically.

Budgeting & Forecasting

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.

Monitor actual performance against budgets and highlight variances.

Support cost control initiatives and provide financial insights.

Taxation & Compliance

Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.

Coordinate with auditors (internal & statutory) for compliance and audits.

Maintain knowledge of latest amendments in financial regulations.

Banking & Treasury

Manage daily cash flow and fund requirements.

Handle bank reconciliations, loan documentation, and interest calculations.

Liaise with banks for various financial transactions.

Internal Controls & Audit

Ensure proper internal control systems are in place.

Support internal and external audit processes.

Review financial processes and recommend improvements.
