We are searching for the best talent for Account Manager to be in Busan.
You will be responsible for:
- Scheduling appointments for a large territory (including Busan and the Gyeongsang region) and meeting with new and existing customers, seeking to expand the business' market share.
- Providing information and support as required to secure sales.
- Organizing support from other departments as needed to assist in achieving objectives.
- Identifying gaps in support and notifying management. Developing sales of new products and searching for new areas in which to sell existing products.
- Reviewing past trends and sales to customers in order to gain future sales.
- Preparing reports detailing sales activities and identifying issues that need to be addressed.
- Providing recommendations for addressing issues where possible. Informing the company of activities or competitive intelligence in the field to assist in business and product planning.
- Reviewing own sales performance against objectives and adjusting focus as indicated to achieve sales goals. Studying and fulfilling territory coverage plan which defines the type of support and frequency of customer contact required to meet territory goals. Adjusting plan to meet coverage gaps.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor's degrees or above.
- 5 – 10 years of sales experience in consumer goods business are preferred.
- Requires a valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Korean and English.
- Understanding of sales & business planning & relevant account.
- Good inter-personal relationship.
- Proactive, positive & innovative mind.
- Proven people management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
- Good communication & negotiation skills.
- MS Office skills (Word, PPT, Excel) proficiency.
