Key Account Manager - Hematology
We are looking for a highly skilled colleague to join our experienced and engaged team as a Key Account Manager in the hematology disease area, with a dedicated mission to serve patients every day.
You will be responsible for maximizing the business opportunities by building lasting relationships with key customers. You will add customer value based on our exciting product portfolio in combination with your deep customer understanding. You feel comfortable being a central person in the development and implementation of our activities and tactical plans together with the cross-functional team.

The position is field-based with a preferred location in the Stockholm area. Our Swedish office is in Solna, Stockholm.
Objectives of the Position:
- Establish and lead trusted relations with relevant health care professionals and key decision makers within the disease area hematology.
- Demonstrate a strong business acumen and a leading ambition.
- Develop and implement account plans based on in-depth customer and market insights, as well as identifying unmet customer needs leading to development of projects that build customer value.
- Work closely with the team to ensure the best customer centric strategy and tactics.
- Secure in-depth account insights, including competitive understanding and the leverage of available analytical tools.
- Handle assigned budget.
- Connect and grow with the wider commercial team to share experiences, insights, and best practices.
- Use omnichannel interactions to secure relevant communication channels.
- High level of compliance with company policies and local regulations.

What you will need to succeed:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent (required).
- Certified in LIF or minimum bachelor's degree with the license to sell pharmaceutical products, e.g. pharmacist, biomedicine, nurse, dentist, medical doctor etc. (required).
- 4-6 years of work experience in Sales within the Life Science industry (required).
- Experience within Pharmaceutical Sales (required)
- Experience in Hematology (merit).
- A valid European driving license (required).
- Proficiency in the Swedish and English languages (required).
- Strong account management, business acumen, and networking skills
- Team player with good interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives effectively
- Ability to guide and provide feedback to maximize performance of individuals and/or groups.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with individuals as well as group audiences to present complex subjects
- Ability to leverage digital communication channels
- Externally focused, excellent presentation skills, results-oriented
- Ability to create an atmosphere of trust and mutual respect both internally and externally
- Seeing the big picture whilst also being very analytical and with an eye for details as needed
- Ability to think out-of-the-box and propose creative solutions to meet customer needs
