Principal responsibilities:

• Lead the Account Teams for those accounts that are in the process of acquiring medicines or generating demand.
• Prepare and adapt the account plan, as well as convene sessions and prepare agendas.
• Conduct field visits with key administrative personnel in hospitals and at the central level to share value messages aimed at generating and maximizing contracts.
• Conduct field visits to follow up on the progress of formats, contracts, and the requirements of central and/or key hospital administrative stakeholders to advance specific patient purchase and/or consolidated/institutional purchase processes.
• Conduct field visits to follow up on the progress of medicine acquisition and contract advancement.
• Based on the results of their activities in the field and relationship with stakeholders, obtain knowledge that allows them to identify trends and patterns in the government health system to understand the dynamics of institutions, processes, needs, and barriers.
• Develop value-based arguments about the needs of acquisition and supply for our patients and hospitals to share with our key stakeholders.
• Design and present their action plans, derived from their regional strategy, to meet all of their sales objectives and stakeholder visits.
• Document the results of the interactions and the fulfillment of objectives/goals with stakeholders according to the Account Plan objectives.
• Supervise the fulfillment of objectives for the KAS, as well as the fulfillment of the objectives established in the account plans.
• Collaborate daily with other commercial executives, MSL, KAMs, and PSL to address the needs identified in the field for stakeholders and to meet the information requirements that may be carried out.

Requerimientos:

• Bachelor’s degree / Engineering or related field in Health or administrative sciences.
• Intermediate Business English.
• Minimum 4 years of demonstrable work experience with Health Sector Institutions in Mexico in senior positions such as sales representative or similar in the industry.
• Demonstrable experience in managing strategic accounts.
• Demonstrable experience in managing strategic accounts at the government level, preferably public health institutions (IMSS, INSABI, ISSSTE, CCINSHAE, SA, etc.).
• Demonstrable experience participating in direct public health institution procurement/adjudication processes (IMSS, INSABI, ISSSTE, CCINSHAE, SA, etc.).
• Driver’s License.
