Position Overview: The OC Activation Partner is responsible for elevating customer experiences through strategic omnichannel engagement & campaign planning, execution, and measurement. This role requires collaboration across functions to utilize data insights, optimize omnichannel engagement strategy, campaign performance, and drive the development of omnichannel capabilities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contribute to the development of the BU omnichannel engagement strategy in partnership with the BU.
  • Lead the enhancement of customer experiences by working as a valued partner to expertly plan, execute, and measure omnichannel campaigns by partnering with designated BU & focus brands using appropriate tools (eg. CDP, SFMC, E.ai, etc.) and seamlessly connecting channels to create a holistic customer experience.
  • Utilize data insights to inform and tailor omnichannel engagement strategies & execution, ensuring that content and channel interactions resonate with target audience HCPs.
  • Implement near real-time measurement techniques (via dashboards and reports) to assess campaign performance across channels, & working with Marketing to provide actionable recommendations for execution excellence.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years experience in omnichannel marketing, campaign management, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data insights to inform strategy and engage customers effectively.
  • Excellent project management capabilities and experience working cross-functionally.
  • General knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Exemplary communication & experience with change management.
  • Strong Japanese & English proficiency (Business level+)
