About Jeeny: Jeeny is a mobile application that eases daily commuting and transportation. By connecting you with your preferred mode of transportation, we are fulfilling our aim of making mobility accessible, affordable, and flexible for all. We are a joint venture between MEIG (Middle East Internet Group), Rocket Internet, and IMENA. Jeeny was established in 2014 as Easy Taxi. However, in 2016, it was revamped as Jeeny to cater to other services. Currently, we are operational in Saudi Arabia and Jordan. We have offices in Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, Dammam, Khobar, Amman, Lahore, and Karachi.

Job Brief: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support planning, tracking, and reporting across multiple engineering squads. This role ensures alignment across teams, timely delivery, and clear visibility of progress. The Project Coordinator will manage tools like JIRA, facilitate sprint ceremonies, create reports, and drive collaboration between tech, product, and business stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and demos
• Create and manage tasks and tickets in JIRA, ensuring alignment with sprint goals
• Collaborate with engineering leads and squad members to resolve blockers and track progress
• Own JIRA hygiene, sprint health tracking, and performance dashboards
• Prepare and share progress reports, post-release reports, and monthly performance summaries
• Coordinate quarterly planning sessions and support resource allocation tracking
• Assist in project and release planning activities for key product initiatives
• Participate in TPRD (Technical Product Requirement Document) meetings to align on scope
• Drive reporting cadence (bi-weekly, monthly) across squads and to leadership
• Support continuous improvement through process audits, R&D, and knowledge sharing
