Product Support – Customer Service Representative

Division: Erikson Consumer

Location: Baie-D'Urfe, QC

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM, Hybrid

This position will join the Erikson Consumer division who distribute exciting consumer goods such as the latest solutions for their ever-expanding electronic lifestyles. That lifestyle extends from their earphones to their home theater and everything in between from car audio to distributed sound.

What you will do:

We're looking for a bilingual customer-oriented. The ideal candidate must enjoy working in a team environment and above all in the exciting world of consumer electronics.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries thru calls and emails.
  • Discuss and troubleshoot warranty claims and expectations with customers.
  • Prepare and process warranty documentation according to manufacturer guidelines.
  • Submit claims quickly and efficiently

What we are looking for:

  • Relevant experience working in a warranty support
  • Customer-oriented.
  • Bilingual.
