Jacobs is seeking a qualified Information Technology professional to support our OMFS facilities within the West region. Your role at Jacobs enables our regional Operational Technology team to better "Serve and understand the needs of operational teams to deliver and support practical, resilient, & secure technology." As a member of our team, you will support the Operational Technology Manager & the Regional Maintenance Team as we work with our facilities to provide world-class OT/IT services that enable the daily treatment of more than 100 million gallons of water and the protection of water resources throughout the region.
IT Technicians will need excellent problem-solving skills and customer service skills, and experience with computer hardware, networking equipment, active directory management, and cyber security assessment. This position must be service-oriented and proactive in anticipating and resolving problems while maximizing efficient use of resources. Ideal candidates will be eager to learn more and develop skills in both primary and secondary areas such as SCADA (Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition), HMI (Human Machine Interface), PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), and Industrial Cyber Security.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The base salary range for this position is $90,000.00 to $110,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
