In this role, you will actively engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, distribute marketing materials, and keep clients engaged during wait times. Join our team and make a positive impact on our clients' journey with us! CSA's are actively involved in our tax preparation process. Duties include customer intake (scanning all client documents into the return file so a tax pro can complete the return), client marketing (calling clients to set appointments or to follow up) and signing and collecting payments for completed returns. We also offer free tax preparer training if you wish to take the next step to become a tax preparer. No matter your work background or experience level, we welcome you to apply!

What you need:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
