Iwoca Broker Channel Manager
This is a dynamic and sales-oriented role where you will be the driving force for the success of our broker channel.
You will take responsibility for a portfolio of financial intermediaries and advisors and have the mission to build strong, productive partnerships. You are a relationship manager and problem solver in one, responsible for the growth of your portfolio and the accompaniment of loan applications from entry to disbursement.
Requirements:
- Show curiosity in dealing with AI tools and interest in learning them further. You already use AI safely in practice to solve problems, work more efficiently, and improve the quality of your work. You show a good sense of when the use is meaningful and can justify your decisions.
Your tasks:
- Build and maintain partnerships: You will proactively manage your portfolio. You will become the trusted Iwoca expert for your partners, train them on our products, and make it easy for them to find solutions for their customers.
- Manage the deal pipeline: You are the "fixer". You manage loan applications from entry to financing, working closely with our credit teams to find solutions and close deals.
- Drive and convert opportunities: You actively manage the pipeline of open offers. You proactively liaise with your brokers to support them, clarify questions, and turn potential interest into financing.
- Be the voice of Iwoca: You are the go-to expert for your partners and answer their questions on complex cases, our products, and our risk appetite.
- Build sustainable relationships: You build genuine, long-term trust with your brokers, help them solve their clients' problems, and thereby grow their own business.
The most important thing about you:
- Your mindset and potential are more important to us than a perfect checklist of experience. The most successful people in this role are usually:
- Goal-oriented: You are motivated by goals (KPIs) and find it satisfying when your work leads to real business growth.
- Strong networkers: You quickly build a connection with people and enjoy making a new contact into a long-term, trusting partnership.
- Proactive problem solvers: When you see a problem (like a stuck application), your first instinct is to dive in, find a solution, and get it done.
- Economically minded: You understand (or are very curious about) how intermediaries and companies work.
- Communication-savvy: You can represent Iwoca professionally and clearly in all your interactions.
Salary
We expect a salary between 34,000 € and 56,000 € for this position. However, it is important to us to pay you fairly, so please definitely state your salary expectations in your application. We regularly compare salaries with market rates and conduct quarterly performance and salary reviews.
