The challenge: We are currently looking for an account executive to support our growth in the DACH region.

The account executive is responsible for marketing our software solutions to potential customers.

Role: In the role of account executive, you will work in a team of six AEs in the DACH region. The focus is on new customer acquisition, but each new account will also continue to be developed by the Sr AE.

This role reports directly to the regional sales director in Central EMEA.

Your tasks in detail:

  • Market analysis and new customer acquisition in the international enterprise environment
  • Management of the entire sales cycle in collaboration with our marketing, SDR, pre-sales, and alliances team
  • Identification of interesting projects
  • Meetings with various stakeholders to address customer needs
  • Understanding the problems, concepts, and needs of potential customers
  • Processing tenders in collaboration with our functional and technical experts with the help of our bid desk team

Your profile:

  • Master's degree (business school) or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in SaaS sales or consulting
  • Procurement or supply chain knowledge is a big advantage
  • You have excellent written expression and good communication skills
  • You speak fluent German and English. French skills are a plus
  • Your personality makes the difference: engagement, commitment, joy of challenges, independence, persuasiveness, organizational skills, analytical mind, and good imagination, commercial acumen
