We are seeking a highly motivated Western Strategic Account Manager to drive business development and sales growth for our highly engineered and precision Radio Frequency (RF) connectors within the Aerospace and Defense industries. This individual will be responsible for expanding our market presence, cultivating strong relationships with medium to large aerospace and defense customers, and ensuring our RF solutions are effectively integrated into their systems.
The ideal candidate has deep industry expertise, a strong technical understanding of RF connectors, and an established network within the defense and aerospace sectors. This position is offered as a remote role with 50% or more travel requirements.

Annual salary range is from $129,900.00 to $194,300.00, plus benefits & incentive plan.
