As part of our dedicated Customer Service team, you will play a central role in the support of our national and international customers. A focus of your work will be the use of our SAP system. You can expect the following tasks:

• You will handle the written and telephone customer correspondence in German and English
• You will independently enter and maintain customer orders in our SAP system, ensuring a reliable and structured order processing
• You will create offers and follow them in close coordination with the sales team
• You will coordinate delivery dates and take care of delivery accelerations if necessary, in close cooperation with production planning
• Additionally, you will process customer complaints and ensure a quick and customer-oriented solution
• Lastly, you will have the opportunity to actively participate in various projects – particularly in the area of SAP and process optimization

Passt ganz genau | Ihr Profil:

• Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Experience in customer service, ideally in the industrial environment
• Very good SAP knowledge and a confident use of MS Office
• Very good German and English skills in speech and writing – other foreign languages are a plus
• Strong customer orientation, communication skills, and team capability
• Structured and goal-oriented working style with the ability to prioritize tasks and continuously improve processes
