Customer Success Manager

ISS STOXX is growing! We seek a Customer Success Manager to contribute to our expanding success and join our Governance team based at our Tokyo office in Japan.

The Customer Success Manager reports to Japan Head of Client Success and is a point of contact between clients and ISS in their proxy voting activities. The role handles client inquiries about our portal, ProxyExchange, ballot status etc. to ensure their smooth voting activities. The role also has some operational responsibilities that involves exchanging emails with clients and custodian on conventional domestic ballots.

Responsibilities of Customer Success Manager include the following:

  • Handle inquiries from clients on ProxyExchange and other ISS' proxy voting products;
  • Show demos of our proxy voting products;
  • Handle client inquiries about the statuses of ballots and liaise with ballot providers and custodians as necessary;
  • Receive and send conventional domestic ballots via email with clients and trust banks;
  • Support clients' effort in organizing their reports to their clients (asset owners);
  • Handle clients' regular due diligence requests.
