Isentia, a leader in media intelligence, is looking for a passionate and strategic Account Manager to join our high-performing ANZ team for a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This isn't just a sales role; it's a relationship-focused position where you'll act as a trusted partner to a portfolio of our most valued clients. You will be the key to ensuring they maximize the value of our services, ultimately driving their success and ours.
What You'll Do
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the retention and growth of your client portfolio. You'll immerse yourself in their business, understand their challenges, and provide them with the media intelligence and insights they need to make great decisions.
Retain and Grow: You will manage your client portfolio to achieve 100% client retention and growth targets. This includes developing deep client relationships, managing the end-to-end contract renewal process, and hitting your up-selling targets.
Drive Client Success: You will ensure clients are maximizing the value of our services through regular training, support, and strategic service audits.
Be a Team Player: You will contribute to a high-performing team culture built on collaboration, trust, and constructive feedback. We celebrate our successes together and support each other to reach our goals.
Master Your Tools: You will use CRM software like Salesforce to manage your pipeline, track all client activity, and oversee the contract life-cycle, ensuring you are working on renewals more than 4 months in advance.

Who You Are
We're seeking a results-driven professional with a can-do attitude and a genuine passion for building strong relationships.
Experienced: You have extensive experience in a similar account management or relationship management role, with a proven track record of managing large corporate or government contracts.
Skilled Negotiator: You possess well-developed negotiation and contract management skills.
Tech-Savvy: You are proficient with CRM software (Salesforce preferred), the MS Office suite, and can adapt quickly to new technology.
A Natural Leader: You have demonstrated self-leadership, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Team leadership experience is a must.
Exceptional Communicator: You have an excellent command of English and can communicate effectively with clients and internal teams at all levels.
Educated (Preferred): Tertiary qualifications in Communications or Business are preferred but not essential.
