The Sr. Project Coordinator offers support to internal project managers overseeing capital projects for Irvine Company Apartment Communities' Capital Projects Recurring CapEx team. This role supports the overall operation for over 700 projects, ensuring efficient execution and high-quality documentation with minimal community disruption.

Job Duties:

• Process construction contracts and change orders, collaborating with project teams to ensure accurate documentation.
• Track and report project costs within financial systems (e.g. SAP/PPM) to ensure transparency and quality reporting.
• Oversee occupied unit schedules and daily on-site activities to ensure contractors meet quality standards and timelines, and provide regular status updates.
• Maintain and develop apartment inventory tables to support data-driven decision making.
• Serve as a central liaison by maintaining clear, proactive communication with contractors, Property Managers, and other key stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent).
• 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
• High proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel.

Base Pay Range: $44.23 - $55.48

Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
