Strategic Account Manager

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and deepening relationships with key strategic accounts. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, introducing innovative solutions, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction—all while contributing to LRQA's global growth strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving revenue growth across a portfolio of strategic accounts.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Leading account planning, pipeline development, and bid strategy.
  • Working closely with global account managers, marketing, service delivery, and product teams.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends and client needs.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Experience in developing and executing account plans that drive double-digit growth.
  • Skilled in identifying client challenges and delivering insight-led solutions.
  • Fluent in English and at least one other regional business language.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, MS Office, and business software tools.
  • Experience in the assurance sector and a relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
