Strategic Account Manager

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and deepening relationships with key strategic accounts. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, introducing innovative solutions, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction—all while contributing to LRQA's global growth strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive revenue growth across a portfolio of strategic accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Lead account planning, pipeline development, and bid strategy.
  • Work closely with global account managers, marketing, service delivery, and product teams.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and client needs to position LRQA as a forward-thinking, value-driven partner.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets and growing large accounts.
  • Experience in developing and executing account plans that drive double-digit growth.
  • Skilled in identifying client challenges and delivering insight-led solutions.
  • Fluent in English and at least one other regional business language; confident in presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, MS Office, and business software tools.
  • Experience in the assurance sector and a relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
