What You'll Do

As a strategic technical leader, you'll:

• Drive high-quality, safe service delivery across nuclear operations.
• Lead technical governance, accreditations, and regulatory compliance.
• Represent the business in industry committees and regulatory forums.
• Mentor and develop technical talent, ensuring robust authorisation and training processes.
• Collaborate across inspection, sales, and delivery teams to support sustainable growth.

What You Bring

Essential:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and Chartered Engineer status.
• Proven leadership in technical advisory roles within nuclear or highly regulated industries.
• Deep knowledge of RCC-M and ASME III codes.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.

Desirable:

• Lead Auditor qualification (ISO 19443, ASME NQA-1).
• Experience managing regulatory audits and accreditations.
• Ability to write procedures and mentor surveyors.
