Role Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Implementation Management to help lead our Implementation Managers and ensure the successful implementation of our largest, most complex implementations. Our Implementation Managers oversee end-to-end project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, they identify and manage project risk, and they host project syncs and steering committee meetings, interfacing directly with executives. As a Manager, Implementation Manager, you'll support the team with project escalations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, and help improve existing processes or develop new ones to make our implementation motion more efficient.
People are our key resource, so strong people management skills, ability to motivate, retain and grow teammates is critical to the success of this role.

Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $170,000
The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate.
