In the commercial engagement services (CES) department, we work closely with our life sciences customers and support them with flexible sales and staffing solutions for sustainable success in the market. This includes the recruitment, training, and management of the sales team in service projects or temporary employment. We differentiate ourselves through integrated project approaches along the IQVIA solution portfolio, which we individually adapt to customer needs and offer from a single source.

We are looking for a key account manager (m/w/d) for an exciting project in the field of vaccines as soon as possible.

Location: Berlin-east; Brandenburg-east

Your tasks:

  • Creation and implementation of an ambitious competitive area plan and identification of growth opportunities across all HCP segments in the area, including omnichannel (face-to-face, virtual) engagements and events for relevant decision-makers in the account (hcps and/or mfa).
  • Creation of independently set ambitious area goals based on evidence-based area analysis using available data sources (veeva, dashboards, power bi, etc.). Result-oriented, ambitious planning including lateral leadership of cross-functional teams and consequences of agreed kpis.
  • Consistent, agile, and measurable goal achievement checks and derivation of suitable (corrective) measures from there to meet or exceed result goals.
  • Maximizing the success of the business area as the commercial leader of the local cross-functional teamwork. Promotion of cross-functional information exchange and service provision, especially with colleagues from medicine.
  • Initiation of customer- and situation-specific key account management projects including implementation, is-should gap analysis through continuous follow-up.   • As an expert, you successfully implement consulting strategies based on your expertise and thus convince your contacts.

What you bring with you:

  • Scientific training (preferably a university degree) or training as a certified pharmaceutical representative (m/w/d) according to ยง75 amg
  • You have already worked successfully in the clinical outside service for several years.
  • You have already gained experience as a pharmaceutical consultant or pharmaceutical representative in various indications.
  • Equipped with a confident appearance and the necessary expertise, it succeeds you quickly to build good contacts and optimally care for your key customers in a hospital.
  • As a communication-oriented personality, you understand how to actively build and maintain networks and inspire your interlocutors.
  • You want to make a difference โ€“ for your product, for yourself, and above all for affected patients.
