As the largest single operator of quality nursing homes in Iowa, Care Initiatives has over forty (40) skilled nursing communities, seven (7) hospice offices (and growing!), plus our own internal staffing agency. We are committed to providing exceptional care and support at every stage of the healthcare journey. The IT Help Desk Technician is a full-time position that is a great entry-level opportunity for someone with exceptional customer service & communication skills. Our IT & Informatics Department is located in West Des Moines, Iowa just a few miles from our Corporate Office and proudly supports our 50+ locations.
