Customer Support Representative

What's a typical day as a Customer Support Representative? You'll be:

  • Providing front-line technical support and solutions to John Deere dealers and customers.
  • Documenting each interaction effectively within our case management system while supporting customers via telephone, email, and chat.
  • Creating and maintaining online support tools and solutions to optimize customer satisfaction and retention.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Possess experience in customer service/support and a high comfort level with consumer software applications.
  • Are available to work any 8-hour shift within the 7 am-6pm support window and can work on-site five days a week.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of agriculture customers and operations, including Precision Farming experience.
  • Prior work experience in Agriculture or Technology dealer channels.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering, IT, or a similar discipline is highly preferred; technical certification in IT database management is a plus for high school graduates.
