You will

  • Provide technical support for software applications and troubleshooting for end users.
  • Assist in the onboarding and integration of new software solutions.
  • Learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and systems as part of our continuous improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate with teams in the US and UK to address and resolve software issues.
  • Participate in technical projects, offering insights and solutions from a support perspective.
  • Contribute to team knowledge sharing, ensuring the team stays informed on the latest developments.

You have

  • Education: Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field, or equivalent work experience in a technical role (e.g., Software Support Engineer, Developer, IT Support Specialist, etc.).
  • Work Experience: Recent technical or semi-technical graduate OR 1-2 years of relevant experience in a technical role (internships or part-time work in technical roles are acceptable).
  • Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of software applications and a strong willingness to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Language Proficiency: English skills at a B2+ to C1 level to ensure effective communication with US and UK teams.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
  • Good communication skills and team collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Other Considerations:
  • A demonstrated interest in technology, through personal projects, extracurricular activities, or self-learning.
  • A proactive approach to challenges with a positive attitude.
