Senior Client Success Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Client Success Manager with a proven track record of managing complex, enterprise-level client relationships in the Private Markets space. This role is ideal for a proactive and strategic CSM who thrives in high-stakes environments and can navigate nuanced client dynamics with professionalism and precision. The ideal candidate will hold a Salesforce Administrator certification (or equivalent experience) and bring deep expertise in driving adoption, retention, and growth across a sophisticated client base.

You Will:

  • Own and manage a book of high-value, enterprise Private Markets clients—serving as their primary point of contact and strategic advisor.
  • Develop deep, consultative relationships and deliver a white-glove client experience that drives measurable value and long-term retention.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively mitigate risk through client health monitoring, solutioning, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Serve as a quarterback across internal teams—collaborating with Product, Support, Sales, and Engineering to resolve issues, advocate for client needs, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Work with the Client Partner on renewal strategy and identify upsell and expansion opportunities by aligning client goals with product capabilities.
  • Translate complex workflows and product capabilities into clear value propositions and best practices for client teams.
  • Represent the voice of the client in internal roadmap, support, and operational conversations.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as Client Success, Account Management, or Enterprise Support, ideally within a SaaS or FinTech environment.
  • Direct experience managing Private Markets clients or supporting financial services firms.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, high-stakes enterprise relationships.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience configuring, managing, or supporting Salesforce workflows.
  • High EQ and executive presence with outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • A consultative, data-driven approach to client engagement and problem-solving.
  • Ability to commute to office in midtown Manhattan 3x/week

$125,000 - $142,000 a year. This salary is based on the national average and may vary based on factors such as experience and location.
