Under the supervision of the WPE Coordinator, the WPE Senior Digital Systems and Technical Support Officer will provide expert technical support to WPE teams and partners in managing digital platforms used for confidential client data, program tracking, and reporting. This role is responsible for the administration, troubleshooting, and user support for systems such as KOBO, CommCare, GBV IMS+. The officer will ensure data management processes are aligned with IRC's standards of confidentiality, data security, and accountability. This position is critical to the effective implementation of key cash-based protection interventions, including the Cash for Protection program and the Emergency Case Management Fund.

Job requirements include:
Education: Master's degree or higher in social work or social science field.
Advanced training or certification in data protection, database administration, or digital platform management.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, information management, or data systems administration within humanitarian or development settings, preferably in protection or GBV-related programming.
Demonstrated skills and competencies include:
Strong organizational and documentation skills, with proficiency in office software.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Fluency in Ukrainian and English is required.

Work environment and other relevant information:
This role requires full-time work in the office or hybrid type of working is possible after probation period. Applicants must have a home or alternate workspace they can effectively complete their work from during regularly scheduled work hours. Travel to other locations is needed up to 30% of time. Exempt from overtime. Sometimes work on weekends may be required. Work in the matrix organization. Fast pace of working, multitasking and stressful work.
