Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Handle domestic, export, and consignment orders in compliance with SOX policies, including order entry, confirmation, invoicing, and end-to-end follow-up until successful delivery. Ensure accurate documentation and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure timely and accurate LOR (Late Order Report) entry for any delayed orders, providing clear updates and corrective actions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately. Coordinate complaints and escalations with internal stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and implementation of appropriate solutions.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal teams and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee smooth logistics processes, including daily delivery operations and follow-up with 4PL and 3PL forwarders to guarantee timely shipments.
  • Support the implementation of work processes, techniques, and systems. Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in order management.
  • Handle credit/debit disputes, returns, and approvals. Maintain accurate records in the system (PR1) throughout the resolution process.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal and external audit requirements, including FSSC 22000, SOX, and government regulations.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support business needs.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 2 years of Customer Service experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing field.
  • Experience in domestic and international trade.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools, SAP, and VLOOKUP etc.
  • Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Highly collaborative and team player.
  • Cross cultural awareness.
