BLS Pets is seeking a Tech Support & Customer Service Specialist to join our growing operations team. This is a hands-on, full-time role based in a third-party warehouse in the Los Angeles area. You'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality, repair, and customer support of our smart pet products. This role is ideal for someone with basic repair and troubleshooting skills, bilingual communication ability (English and Chinese), and strong attention to detail. You'll work closely with both the local warehouse team and our headquarters in China.
