Bilingual - Fluent in English and Mandarin
Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as the successful candidate will be required to communicate with business partners in China.
Job Description:
- High school diploma or college diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
- 0–1 year of experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain (internships or co-op experience a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of logistics systems (TMS/WMS/ERP) is an asset.
