Pay Rate: $30-$36/hr

Supporting a major Workday implementation or a ServiceNow HRSD rollout

Top 3 Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end SOP ownership & governance

Own the development of day-to-day operational SOPs across all People Ops domains (Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Recruitment, Payroll). Drive creation of draft 2 SOPs with full E2E detail by end of February.

Manage SOP approvals and signoffs ahead of Service Rehearsals and go-live.

Maintain a centralized SOP tracker capturing status, reviewers, approvals, and update timelines.

Drive testing alignment & process integrity, ensure all documentation, training, and SOP deliverables maintain high quality and reflect client's People Ops operating model vision.

Facilitate cross-functional review cycles with COEs and process owners to identify and close gaps.
