As Account Manager (m/w/d) you are responsible for the sales of the Neurochirurgie product line of Integra and for the sale of these products within a defined area. The main responsibility lies in achieving or exceeding the set sales targets for the area through strategic planning, relationship building, addressing new customers, comprehensive product knowledge, and extraordinary customer service. You will target several call points/specializations, spending 90% of the time in the operating room. You will work with all functional areas in Integra to ensure customer satisfaction. As an Account Manager, you work in a team to ensure that the economic goals of the region as well as the company are met.

The qualifications listed below represent the educational level, skills, and/or knowledge required for the position:
Successfully completed vocational training (commercial or nursing) or degree (business/medical technology etc.) with relevant work experience, also open to lateral entrants
Experience in the field of sales and outside sales is desirable
Experience in the sale of medical products and in the hospital environment is advantageous, but not required
Convincing appearance
Sales skills and negotiating strength
Excellent analytical and communicative skills
Team competence
High willingness to travel
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and performance readiness
English and German language skills in speech and writing
