As Account Manager (m/w/d) you are responsible for the sales of the Neurochirurgie product line of Integra and for the sale of these products within a defined area. The main responsibility lies in achieving or exceeding the set sales targets for the area through strategic planning, relationship building, addressing new customers, comprehensive product knowledge, and extraordinary customer service. You will target several call points/specializations, spending 90% of the time in the operating room. You will work with all functional areas in Integra to ensure customer satisfaction. As an Account Manager, you work in a team to ensure that the economic goals of the region as well as the company are met.

Your tasks include:

  • Expansion of market shares and development of new business in the assigned region
  • Support and development of existing customers
  • Development of a business plan at the beginning of each business year and fulfillment of monthly and quarterly sales targets for the region as well as corresponding quarterly and monthly reporting
  • Identification of product improvement opportunities and communication to the teams in sales, marketing, and product development
  • Maintenance of a high level of technical, product, and knowledge about diseases
  • OR accompaniment with appropriate goal-oriented and need-based product consulting in accordance with the specific product indications
  • Participation in trade fairs, congresses, and customer events
  • Contact maintenance with opinion leaders and conduct of user training

The qualifications listed below represent the educational level, skills, and/or knowledge required for the position:

Successfully completed vocational training (commercial or nursing) or degree (business/medical technology etc.) with relevant work experience, also open to lateral entrants

Experience in the field of sales and outside sales is desirable

Experience in the sale of medical products and in the hospital environment is advantageous, but not required

Convincing appearance

Sales skills and negotiating strength

Excellent analytical and communicative skills

Team competence

High willingness to travel

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and performance readiness

English and German language skills in speech and writing
